Our lease transaction volume totals in excess of 10 million square feet, and includes Miami-Dade County’s largest office lease transaction in 1990, 1993 and 2003, and Broward County’s largest lease transaction in 2003. Our Tenant Representation client roster includes numerous national tenants and local companies, and we have provided Landlord leasing services for more than 40 commercial properties in South Florida.
